The program is available in New York (including 5 boroughs), New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvaniaand is written on an admitted basis.

Our program is for small to mid-sized contractors with $3,000,000 in sales or less. Premiums start at $5,000. Contractors must have a minimum of 3 years in business with documented loss runs.

Coverage offered is General Liability with limits as high as $2,000,000/$2,000,000 with deductible options of $1,000-$5,000.

• Waiver of Subrogation
• Per Project Aggregate
• Primary Insurance Clause.
