Overview
	HDR Insurance Services is a Program and Claims Administrator and is responsible for the underwriting, marketing and policy issuance, claims, as well as other customer services for Praetorian Financial Group companies including:
		Praetorian Insurance Company QBE the Americas Specialty Insurance Company (previously Praetorian Specialty Insurance Company and Clarendon America Insurance Company)
	HDR Insurance Services is a Program Administrator and is responsible for the underwriting, marketing and policy issuance, as well as other customer services for companies in:
		Capital Insurance Group
	HDR is also an approved Producer for:
		Majestic Insurance Company

QBE the Americas Specialty Insurance Company previously Praetorian Specialty Insurance Company and Clarendon America Insurance Company) - Non Admitted (website)
	General Liability, Commercial Property, Inland Marine, & Excess Liability is offered for contractors performing the following operations: Drywall & Acoustical Tile Electrical Fencing Glazing Heating and Air Conditioning Home Installation (Cabinet, Countertop, Garage Door, Stairways and Rails, Floor Covering) Land Improvement/Development Landscaping Masonry and Concrete Painting (including Paperhanging and Window Treatments) Solar Energy Swimming Pool Building and Related Subcontractors Tile
	Customer Friendly Payment Plans: HDR's premium payment plans provide you significant cash flow advantages. After posting a security deposit, premium is payable monthly. Your working capital is not tied up in large, prepaid insurance premiums and premium financing is not required!
	Approved States: Arizona California Nevada

Praetorian Insurance Company - Admitted (website)
	This is designed primarily for Commercial Contractors, Service and Repair Contractors, and most Swimming Pool Builders and Related Subcontractors. General Liability, Commercial Automobile, Commercial Property, and Inland Marine multi-line policies are available. Excess Liability is also available. These products are offered for contractors performing the following operations: Drywall & Acoustical Tile Electrical Fencing Glazing Heating and Air Conditioning Home Installation (Cabinet, Countertop, Garage Door, Stairways and Rails, Floor Covering) Land Improvement/Development Landscaping Masonry and Concrete Painting (including Paperhanging and Window Treatments) Solar Energy Swimming Pool Building and Related Subcontractors Tile Commercial Automobile, Commercial Property, and Inland Marine “Wrap” policies are offered for contractors performing most other contracting operations. Must write at least the Auto to write Property or Inland Marine.

Capital Insurance Group - Admitted (website)
	Capital Insurance Company, Eagle West Insurance Company and Nevada Capital Insurance Company
	Commercial Automobile, Commercial Property & Inland Marine: Most all Contractor Classes Eligible Must write commercial auto with CIG to write Property or IM coverages.
	Customer Friendly Payment Plans: Premiums are billed directly by the carrier. Annual payment in full or 20% premium deposit with installments are available.
	Approved States: Arizona California Nevada
	Claims: Complete the Claim Form and/or call 800-986-9974. Fax claims to 661-397-1575.

Majestic Insurance Company - Admitted (website)
	Workers' Compensation is offered for: Arborists Electricians & Related Wiring Contractors Finish Carpentry and Cabinet Installation Glaziers Heating and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) Contractors Masonry Pool Builders & Related Sub-Trades (Must qualify for HDR’s GL program) Solar Electric and Heating Tile, Granite and Marble
	Customer Friendly Payment Plans: Premiums are billed directly by the carrier. Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual payment plans are available.
	Approved States: Arizona (Minimum Premium $50,000) California (Minimum Premium $35,000 except Pool and Related Subs - $25,000) Nevada (Minimum Premium $50,000)
